UK FAMILY visitor VISA

Hi,

I am working UK with ICT tier 2 visa of 1 year in shared accomadationin .
I am returning india for one month vacation and will be coming back on january. I would like to take my 2 year old kid and my husband (dependant VISA) through Company itself, along with my mother to look after my kid(need to process VISA outside).
1. Which Visa i need to apply?
2. Please advice how to apply?
3. How much funds to maintain?
4. Can i apply through Agency from INDIA itself?
5. My uncle gave funds to her to maintain her account and will that be a problem for getting VISA?
6. what proofs i need to show them while applying Visa

As i need to take a new house to stay once i go back to UK through company payroll, i would not be able to show proof for the accomdation also.
