I submitted 3 requests for refunds back in October. In mid-November, I received 3 emails saying that the refunds have been authorized, and that I would receive my refunds within 10 business days. I received two of the refunds 9 days later, but am still waiting for the third. It has been more than 10 business days and I'm getting concerned about the third refund. We have attempted to contact WorldBridge. But they said they do not handle refunds. There is no contact information of the UKBA website regarding refunds. So, I was wondering who would I contact at the UK Border Agency regarding this. Thank you.
