Tier 2 Visa to ILR

Post by QAPro » Fri Dec 07, 2012 9:57 pm

Hi,

I'm currently on Tier 2 ICT visa which was stamped in November 2009. I've been on the same employment and CoS since then.

I'm now looking to do one of the following:
1) Get another organization to sponsor a Tier 2 visa; or
2) Apply for a Tier 2 general visa
3) Get into a new client's account from my current employer

I'd like to know if I pursued any of above three options will I still be eligible to apply for an ILR at the end of my 5years' continuous stay ?

I'm unsure of which option to pursue so I remain eligible to apply for ILR, Kindly help.

Thanks & Regards,
