TIER 1 Entrepreneur Team PSW Visa Holder & Student Visa

Hi All,

Our situation is such that I am on PSW Visa ending in December, 2012 and my firiend is on student visa. We want to apply together before 13th December, 2012 for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa with 200,000 GBP shown in an overseas account with a bank letter also, the funds are from third party with a third party letter in both our names.

Q.1 Can we apply as an Entrepreneur Team (one being on PSW Visa and the other on student Visa)?

Q.2 If for any reason the team splits within the next 3 years, what will be our individual liability in terms of investing funds in the U.K in the 3 year period? (e.g. 50,000 for me as I am on PSW and 200,000 for him as he is a student)

Q.3 Will the documentation part only involve the Overseas Bank Letter, Our Passports and maintenance of funds Bank Statements? Do I need to show any Ltd company, Business Plan, Third Party Contracts with a business account?

Please reply at the earliest possible. Time is ticking and we have to make a decision asap.
