Presence in UK to renew Tier-1 General VISA

Hi All,

My Tier-1 General VISA is getting expired on 10-Feb-2013. Currently I am in India for a wedding .

I am planning to return on 20-Jan-2013. Do you think UKBA will restrict me at immigration considering the expiry status? or I can enter in UK at any point of time before the VISA expiry?

To put in simple words, Do I need to be in UK one month before the VISA expiry?

Please help me. Thanks in Advance.

As long as your visa is not expired, you can gain entry.

no you will not be stopped as long as you enter in the uk before your current leave to remain expires.
