About my brother

Pls guys I hv some qetion regarding
My brother wife

They get married on 5.07.09 but
They start living together since
09 but her wife get her first work
On 28.09.09, get married 05.07.09
But due to recetion the company
Start faunterate but she whent
, register to one agency, they
Giving her work November
But she just work for them
For just two wks till December
18 she looce the first, she
, apply for jobcecer, housing benefit
With another address but ventrally
They send letter to her husband
Address on may that her wife hv been
Claiming housing benefit and ask for
Jobcecer so she hv to pay the housing
Money back but she start to pay since then
But she start another job since happre
2010 till now but they hv separate looking
For devource next yrs

What I want to ask is I hope is not going
To afect my brother due to first one.yrs
Of married when he want to apply
For pr he got is rc on 10.03.10
And he is working till now pls can
Some one help pls
But apart from all what I say my brother
Hv all his payslip from 09 to July 5 dat
To complete one of living in uk
