Forms to fill in

Post by MJReddy » Sat Dec 08, 2012 4:16 pm

hii all,

i am writing on behalf of my friend. he is planning to apply for ILR in april 2013 and have couple of questions regarding which form to use. he is married and has a kid who also needs to apply for visa as he is on work permit. so question is which form to use. his wife has been out of country for more than six months. i guess she is not eligible to apply for ILR. Can my friend and his son can apply for ILR? which form should he fill for him and his wife. Is it seto and flrm. this would cost more? let me know guys.

Thanks,
Reddy

You would be helping your friend even more if you got himself to participate in this forum, rather than you being his proxy.

Otherwise we would be playing chinese whispers with your friend who might need some serious advice and help and guidance.

A lot of times people lose valuable time because of miscommunication and lag when a friend posts on friends behalf.
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.
