maintenance funds requirment

What is the maintenance funds requirment for incountry Tier 1 Entr visa.

if someone want to convert from Tier 4 to Tier 1 Ent. How much funds he needs to show, £3100 or £900.

As per my understanding, since it is an NOT an entry clearance and it is leave to remain in UK, so it should be £900.

I need the advise.
The question is... to be or not to be....

£900 for 90 days for main applicant
