No Acknowledgement Letter yet

I sent my SET (O) on 14th November, got there by 15th November. Money was taken on 21th November but I have not received the acknowledgement up till now. Do you know any reason for that.

One reason (not verified) is that they process in alpha order.

Sorry, if anyone here knew the true reason, you would know.
