Two passports not returned with documents of a successfulILR

Hi, My husband, our child and myself had applied for ILR and have just received our BRP and documents back from the UKBA home office. My husband had 3 three passports(2 expired and one valid) and we submitted all with our ILR application. But we received only one of them and that too a expired one. Both our child and mysef have receive our passports

Has this happened to happened to anyone else? Hoping that the hoe office has not lost the passports...how can we get them back. We have tickets to travel at the end of this month and are really worried
