Extremely Urgent - Points against Previous Earnings

Hello,

I submitted my initial Tier 1 (General) application from India on 20th December 2010. Now I am applying for Tier 1 (General) extension from UK. I am getting 36000 from Employed and 4000 from self Employment.
Will I get 25 points against previous earnings .

I have to submit my application on 24th of December, so please respond me ASAP because I have to prepare my application accordingly.
