Appeal and resubmission allowed ?

Hi,
My Wife's Spouse Settlement Visa is been rejected in India (chennai).

a) Is it allowed to appeal and also resubmission of a fresh application at the same time
(or)
Is there any rule that we cannot do both (i.e. appeal and resubmission)

b) An Appeal will have any negative on resubmission ?

Yes it is possible to do both if you want

(or)

Just remember if you make a fresh application, you will be required to meet the pre 9/7 requirements
