URGENT HELP PLEASE ON OVERSTAYING VISA

I have a valid visa which expires in 1 month and I am pregnant and my baby is due few days after my visa expires. My husband is a British Citizen but he is studying abroad and he has to complete his studies.
I cannot travel because of medical circumstances.
My Visa is a Family visit Visa for 180 days and it expires on 9th January 2013.

If my daughter is born she will be British Citizen but by that Time i have overstayed my visa.
Will I be deported? is there any Human Rights Law?
and I heard of an application called FLR(O) can I apply for this as and extension or the Human Rights Law the best option can you please ADVISE ME. I AM SO NERVOUS...
