Visa Gap

I am about to apply for ILR on 10yr basis but I have a visa gap from July 2009 to February 2012. I was refused visa in June 2009, won appeal in December 2009 and visa stamped in March 2012. Does this gap going to affect my application. Please advise!

U should be ok, as far as i am aware during ur appeal process ur current leave carries on according to section 3c , which means it doesnt consider as a gap, is it actually frm 2009 to 2012 or u meant to say frm july 2009 to feb 2010? I am sure expert could guide u further, good luck with ur application
