Hello,

Hope this isn't a repeat Q - The UKBA website reads "Please do not send us your application more than 28 days before you become eligible to apply".

Sorry if I'm being pedantic but assuming my current visa expires on the 28th of a certain month, am I eligible to apply only in that month (on/before the 28th)?
