SET(o) Section 10

Hi there,

In Section 10 SET(O) they asking for BRP number.
My current resident permit is EEA family member, but i had before BRP(twice 2009-2009 and 2009-2011),wonder if I need to provide my previous card numbers? There is a place for one only! Also I am not sure when exactly my fingerprints were taken (Croydon 2009 is enough?)
