ILR- Time spent in the channel Islands

Post by ngithe » Wed Dec 12, 2012 6:34 am

Does time spent in the channel islands count towards the 5 qualifying years for ILR. I was there on work permit for 4 years and have just done 2 years in london. I have a premium appointment in one of the PEO and I am still not sure whether these years do count. I m taking a step of faith.

Anybody there who has applied for ILR using time spent on CI?

Thanks

Whichever way you look at this, you won't get anywhere making an in-person application at the PEO. That will be a total waste of money. Apply by post and if it's refused at least you can say you tried.
