Hi,

I need your advise on ILR .


Got Tier1 Visa stamped :- 04/Dec/2008
Enetred UK :- 08/Jan/2009(after 35 days from visa stamped date)
Visa Expires on:-04/Dec/2013
Complte 5 Year :- 08/Jan/2014

Can you please advise On above scenario am I eligible for PR on or before 4th Dec'2013 ? Or I need to do another extension and wait for another month?

Please advise on this as I am bit unsure ?
