12 December 2012 Posting rule

Dear All,

I have posted my application today (12/12/12). I just want to confirm that UK postal rules will be applicable i.e. the date of the application will be the posting date.

Correct me if I am wrong. Your response on this will be appreciated.

Yes unless you are unlucky like one of the other member whose application was returned as it was invalid as the fee debit by home office was not honored by the bank... hope this is explanatory

Hi All,

if you send your application via recorded/special delivery in this case the date of application will be date of posting.

if you send via courier than the date of application will be the date HO received the application.
