Work Rights - Advice Needed

Dear All,

My case is currently under appeal. I had applied for PSW last year and it got rejected. I have appealed the decision in court and lost in both lower and upper tribunal.

Right now I have been given permission to apply to the Court of Appeal for permission to appeal. I was on Tier 4 visa and was allowed 20 hrs during term and Full time off term when I had come to the UK.

I am still allowed to work until I make my appeals on time? Or does my right to work end at a certain point?

Any help will be appreciated.

Student rules continue to apply until you have got decision from the court of appeal and your further appeal rights have exhausted (if any). Watch out they could be in process of sending you a letter stating that a panelty may be imposed if you appeal for wasting court resources etc etc.
