i would like to ask about that i have been granted on HSMP visa in march 2008 , but i came to uk in may 2008 .. almost a fifty (50) days after issuing of my visa . And my current TIER 1 general visa is expiring in march 2013 ,till then it will b going to complete a duration of 4 years and about 10 and half months .Is this duration will be okay for me to apply for ILR ?

please do Guide me in above mentioned queries .i shall be very great full to you for this act of kindness.
