Hi Everone,
Am realy grateful for the advice this forum is given to relaese peaople from immigration imprisonment.
Please i need all concerns forumers with a piece of advice now.
Today mark the end of 9 months given UKBA to complet the process of my application(BR5). i contacted the MP pointing out my traveling issue and the date they said they are going to take decision. The MP wrote me personal letter that UKBA currently checking and ones they finished the caseworker invole in take decision on my application. i just told they MP that they reassured me in 9 months yime this will be clear and i have to travel on the 26 December with a ticket cost£850.00 which i emailed to the Honourable MP to see just now.
Please mate, am so worried and connot sleep for this. Please give me all you input and output in this case. GURU and especially JOMBO, i really fell in love with so many advises you are given here to guys and most worked well. Thank you

Perhaps you should complain to the Northwest complaint section of UKBA, or initiate a civil claim against them for this ridiculous delays.

I wish you all the best though.
