Dependent Visa for TIER 2 ICT

Hello,

I am from india and having UK Tier2 ICT visa and want to bring my wife on dependent visa, problem is i am not having marriage certificate but instead i am having my wife name endrosed/added on my passport and vice-versa. Is marraige certificate mandatory or else if spouse name endrosed on passport will do.
