Does cooling off period applies to Dependents

Hello all,

I am on a tier-2 dependent visa which is going to expire in January 2013. On dependent visa I am working for an employer who is interested in sponsoring me after January.

Does cooling off period applies in my scenario. Do I have to wait for 1 year before applying for visa again.

It does not. They can sponsor you subject to the usual conditions
