Tier 2 General dependent Visa funds requirement.

Post by gsree512 » Thu Dec 13, 2012 11:44 pm

Hi,

I have started my application for Tier 2 dependent( general) from Australia via a online application. Here I have few Questions.

As a new application for Entry clearance as Tier 2 General Dependent, I am submitting few documents could you please check if I have missed any.

1.Marriage certificate
2.my Passport.
3.three months bank statements of my husband (600 every three months)
4.New Tier 2 General Visa stamping page Copy of my husband.
5.one recent Photograph.
6.My Marriage certificate.

I have few Question here:
1. As my husband and me have lived in UK for 2 years till 1st Sep 2012 on Tier 2 ICT( short term) and now my husband living in Uk on Tier 2 General from sep 30 2012, Still I need to show his 800 +my 600 as balance every month or just my 600 is sufficient?

2.Am not providing any of his sponsor letters to prove his employment. Is it fine as am showing his current Visa grant and he already in the UK.

3.My husband worked previously on permanent basis for a company on Tier 2 ICT , after he got his new tier 2 general in Sep 2012 he resigned his job in UK and now this Dec he started with the new Sponsor( Tier 2 General) in London.here my Question is the above bank statements which am providing from Aug to Nov 30 have the Tier 2 ICT company salary only as he is in his notice period for 2 months. So will this bank statements create any problem for my entry clearance.

Regards,
Sree
