if a child born in uk being dependant of student or psw.
after how long he is entitled for ILR.

if a child not born in uk but studying for many years starting from nursery in uk. after how long he will get ILR

Your child status depends on your or your wife's status. Your child can directly be registered as british citizen when you/wife get your ILR.
