EEA FAMILY PERMIT .HELP

Hi everyone,

Hope i knocked to the right door.
I am a Non-Eu student living in the Czech republic with my EEA fiance. I have already obtained a 5 years EAA family member card in the Czech Republic.
We are both planning to move to the UK after i graduate(Civil engineer)
She was studying architecture,but did not finish.
Do i need to apply for EEA family permit at UK embassy to move to UK?
Will it be for valid for 5 years? or 6 months?
Which documents do i need?
NB: I currently hold an EEA family member from Czech Republic.

Yes you have to apply for a visa, its easy but check at UKBA site
