no solictor involved i did all the paperwork myself as civil partnership.
i was overstayer as well!anyone want to know how i did it drop me a msg,i just wanna share my idea as this furum have help me alot thank you all and God blessed u all and hope anyone summit eea2 received it soon.[/b]

why don't you post it in EEA FORUM . and tell your experience there . step by step guide the documents you submitted will help others .
You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.
