Absences - evidence

Post by humanvoid » Fri Dec 14, 2012 5:39 pm

Dear folks,

Do Tier1-G applicants need to provide evidence for absences due to paid annual leaves?

Thanks,
AM

@Humanvoid,

If its more than 180 days, you'll require employers letter(for work related travel).

If not then your application will be decided on the evidence provided at the time of submission.
Information provided is general guidance and does not constitute legal advice.

According to the new rules, if you are applying as a Tier 1 G migrant then you will need a personal letter listing your annual leave absences (no evidence necessary). Note however that only 180 days of absences are allowed within each 12 month period during your 5 year residency.
