EEA4 requirements?

Mother is EEA national,

Can anyone pls tell me the requirements for a permanent residence?
And usually how long HO give response?

thanks alot
check ukba website under EU nationals and download the EEA4 forms and guide note everything is there and as for the time it usually takes 6 months that is if you are lucky.
