Hi,
Can anyone tell me what address to send the supporting documents if you applying online.I am applying online and not able to find concrete place where the address is mentioned.
Also, Do i need to fill the return of documents form to get the documents back.Also,do i need to include self addressed first class envelope for them to send me the documents??

if anybody can help me with these silly questions.I would be obliged greatly..
