Spouse Visa application Clarification

Post by venkat1 » Sat Dec 15, 2012 3:55 pm

Hi,
My wife's settlement visa application for Entry Clearance was rejected and we are submitting a fresh application.

On the application form one of the question is as follows:
a) Have you made an application to the Home Office to remain in the UK in the last 10 years ?

I bit confused by the above question. Is it should be marked as "yes, as her earlier Entry Clearance settlement visa from India is rejected or the above question is only applicable where application submitted for extension, as a result the answer is "No". Could someone advise please ?

Thanks
