Tier 1 - Entrepreneur, Directors loan agreement

Any one who has applied for extension, please guide

1. If the investment in terms of directors loan has to be made in one go or it can be made over the period of initial grant of leave as Entrepreneur.
2. If any one has a template of the directors loan agreement ( unsecured, subordinated in the favour of third party creditors) which satisfies the requirement of UKBA. please post or send me.
