question on page 45 - section 11 (11c) SET O v12/12

I'm about to complete set O form v12 /12 . I got question on "section11 - document, 11C, page 45.


" Employment not requiring a work permit If you are applying for indefinite leave to remain on completing 5years’ continuous stay in the UK in one of the employment not requiring a work permit categories listed below,
in addition to the relevant documents in 11A, you must provide the following:
11C

Recent document(s) from your current authorised employer confirming that you are still needed for the same work and that your employment with them is continuing.

Document(s) from your authorised employer(s) over the past 5 years confirming that you have been employed continuously in this work throughout that period

Which document I have to provide? Could anyone please advice?

You can supply both or even one letter will do if you have been employed by one employer for the last 5 years, covering both sides.

Hi Guys,

I am also filling the SET(O) Form. Combination of (2.5 yrs WP + 2.5 yrs Tier 1 General). In addition to the relevant documents in 11A which section I need to complete (11L???).

Any advice please.

I have a similar question. I was on WP . now on Tier 1 G. Do I need to show document from my current employer that I am still needed.
This requirment sounds more for WP holders then Tier 1 G applicants- though the wording is for Tier 1 G. so confused...
anyone pls advise?
