EEA FAMILY MEMBER VISA APPLICATION TIPS

Post by wuyiibisomi » Sun Dec 16, 2012 12:08 am

Hi Everyone,

I have just joined this site today .And so far it as really been very helpful and imformative :) . I would like to confirm once again if I have to fill in the part of the EEA FAMILY MEMBER (6 Months) application that as to do with myself/spouse financial and work details e.t.c , And also details about our intended trip ,

I am a Non EEA married to an EEA citizen . We have been living together for over 2 years and 5 months, legally married for 21 months and have a 17 months old daughter together .

Please I would like advice regards my application from people with experience in the past. I want to be sure if I do not have to fill in the part that requires about our job details, finances and future intentions. I got already from http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=114867
that its not neccesary to fill in thos parts.

I just want to know if it is advisable for me to fill in those part : “not required for EEA Family Permit”

Thanks so much in Advance

Best Regards

The application and form should be very simple, but the UK chose to make it more complicated.

If you wish, for information, compare a Shengen visa form and note the * where it says not necessary for EU family members.
