Urgent help before 20/12/2012

Hi all

I am new to this forum.I have urgent question to be answered as my last date of applying in this category is 20th. I am on PSW and already in the business. I am not sure in which framework do i fall. I am an owner of a petrol station shop and manages the petrol station. I have started this two years ago as soon i got my PSW . My turnover for the period of 2011 was half a million and which will be same or more in this fiscal year and i have 8 staffs working for me. I have 50000 investment but i am not sure in which framework do i fall. Could anyone please help me in this regard.

Mr Haroon,

you are absolutely correct that this forum is for the people to share there experience so the other can benefits and ask each other questions and seek advise and gain knowledge from there experience but some people are here to just advertise there business and make there market or to attract people to use there services.

As i have ask these people some solid questions to seek advise and there opinion but i have either got no answer in regards to questions ask or 1 line answer that you put too much information in you thread so i cant be ask to go through it and answer.

but i guess its fair play if some one want to use there services but same time there are people like yourself n myself who i think are capable enough to do all the paperwork ourselves which Alhamdulillah i did.

if you need any advise or help in regards to Tier 1 Entrepreneur feel free to ask .

Rehan, can you help me with above wordings. I have the letter ready from solicitor but it just doesn't have information that Notary public in Pakistan is authorized etc. Apart from these wordings, the letter is on solicitor's official headed paper with his sign and Stamp.

This is a free forum for a general advise not personalized.

You are asking me to provide something which belongs to my company. Its my choice if i wanted to share that with someone or not.

Have you read the forum terms and conditions?

If you ask me general question i will reply you or may be in some cases i will go in bit detail. its depend how much time i have. i got many peoples coming in to office for advise, i do not charge them even a penny. on other hand i charge some peoples where case is complex.

Now you 3 guys are not happy because i did,nt provided you something which belongs to me and now you are being frustrated. come on grow up.

Haroon wants a template , Rehan had same kind of question and also if i am not wrong Rehan called me few weeks ago and i guided him over the phone even he wanted to come to office but i told him i can answer your questions over the phone and i did.
Mr Entrepreneur does,nt like me as one of the guy suggested me, ha ha
come on guys. i am a professional what do you expect from me?

I wish all of you good luck if you need general advise ask here if you need any personalized advise please come to office i do,nt charge anyone with simple cases but with complex.

I am unable to find the wording you are quoting but still i am human can make mistake, i have checked the thread but its not my wording. however it could be the case that i could,nt find if thats the case then please correct it as, i meant to say,
You need to provide a proof that the person who has done declaration is a Authorized notary public.

As UKBA can say that how do we know that the person who did this declaration he has authority to do so. having his letter pad or stamp is not enough.

Also you mention that you have letter ready for solicitor means you have hire a professional so he should know what to write in Declaration and how to prove that person in Pakistan is authorized to do so.

Mr smehmood aka Shaukat, i DON'T even know you so I really don't have any feelings i.e. like or dislike towards you.

My only concern is that you have claimed so much success on this forum and have suggested that you have done many successful representation BUT your responses to the queries and efficiency of language and expression do not reflect the same.

Some people do try to commercialize this forum and provide false information and posts to lure the troubled people.

i needed help with the letter of consent and letter format its not that i can not write but just wanted to check mine with others and i am not going to mention those people name here but i would like to inform you all that people did email me the letter format they have used with there applicaiton.

Someone called me and he said he got my no from here i tho u r the same person so. i m sorry if it was,nt you. now one thing more which i did,nt wanted to be share but i think i should do it now.

I emailed my template to few peoples and they went to solicitor for declaration. Now solicitor probably did,nt like it and said its not its not the right format despite someone had successful visa on that template, he changed some wording and charged the guy more than decided amount.

Guy called me and said because of you i have to pay more money. anyhow it happened couple of times and i learn the lesson.
now you know where i am coming from.

Rather than going through all this if you would have come to office i would have looked into your whole case and have provided you everything you need template etc. even Solicitor bit but ...

I really felt bad when i read all this but i have to as probably i can,nt express my views as i wanted to be.

As one of the brother did,nt like my english now its not my fault if i was,nt born in england or if my english is not perfect. I will try to improve my english but i am competent in what i do.

The Success i have claimed is true and many of these cases guys did themselves i just guided them and checked their docs.
