Hi All,

I was wondering if you could help me regarding the issue below:

I came here in 2008 July Under HSMP for 2 years and it was renewed for another 3 years till July 2013 under Tier 1 (General). I will be applying for ILR in July 2013.

Which part do i need to fill in Section 3? Is it A or B and which part do i need to tick?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi,
It is not covered under judicial review. Application made on 26 Feb 2008 against the qualifying criteria from 5th Dec 2006.

hi seniors,

i just joined and i found this site very interesting to clarify my droughts, if anyone can help it would be great..
question1: section 3 which categiory: under confusion to select "work permit holder" or tire 2 migrant... i came in to country on 4 feb 2010 and my employer sponsered me to come here...so please suggest me one.
