ILR Query

Hi all ,

I will be applying for ILR in month of Jan 2013. I would to take advice from this forum .First my immigration history

HSMP in country stamping -Jan 2008
Tier(1) General Extn - Jan 2010

I am having my own ltd company me being as sole director and sole shareholder. I will be applying along with my wife who is in uk with me since June 2009.

List of documents I am intending to submit via crydon PEO.

1. application
2. photographs
3. passports
4. Salary Slips +dividend vouchers’ from Jun 2012 to dec 2012.( I am showing only 7 months to acquire enough points)
5. Personal Bank Statements from 1st June 2012 to 31 Dec 2012.
7. Bussiness Bank Statements
8. Accountant Letter.
9. Absences template. (102days of absences in 5 years , all personal visits)
10. Life in the uk test for both of us.


cohab list of documents
1. Present year council tax bill with both names on it
2. Present Rental Agreement with both names on it .
3. Few present and previous banks statements.
3. Previous year Rental agreement with bothe names on it.
4. Payslips from previous year
5. Utility bill on joint names from previous years.
6. Marriage Certificate.


Backup documents
1. Invocies
2. Company registration certificate
3. Company vat registration certificate


Pls let me know if I need to add other documents.
