Tier 2 ICT Extension!!

Hi
I am on WP ict long term since april 2009.My first entry clearance is jan 2007 on WP.After that its converted to ICT.I can not apply for ILR as company is not giving employer letter.
My current visa expires in june 2013.My question is can company extend my visa after 2013 also.
Kindly advise plz.
