Entrepreneur Names on Memorandum of association!!!

Entrepreneur Names on Memorandum of association!!!

Hi, Can some one please help me with the names on memorandum of association! I have my name on memorandum of association but not my entrepreneur partner's name. Is it necessary to have my entrepreneur partner's name on the memorandum as well?? Kindly help please....

Hi

forget the memorandum of article, you do,nt need to send this to home office. just get directors current appointment report and send that. i am sure your team member is also director of the company.
