Tier 2 General Online Form Confused - Urgent Please help

Hi,

I am applying to switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General .

Initial Entry Clearance Visa in Feb'11 - Tier 2 ICT - Established Staff
Renewed in Feb'12 under - Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff

I am applying through online process , There is question which ask me "what is your current or last grant of leave" - There are many options available under this question and two of them which i think right are

- should I select " Tier 2 ICT - Established Staff rules in place before 6th April 2011 - If yes this doesn't bring the english language section which I think mandotory for Tier 2 general application

- Or should I select " Other" as there is no Tier 2 ICT : Long Term Staff option . This option bring the english langugage section

But again ,there is guidance for the question which says ..You must have leave to remain as eirther ICT : Established Staff and lot other category and

If you are not, or did not last have leave, in one of these categories you cannot switch into the Tier 2 (General), Tier 2 (Sportsperson) or Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) categories whilst you are in the UK and if you continue to apply, we will refuse your application.
