ILR LC20 Traffic Offenses - ILR application

Dear All,

I need your advise on my ILR application which is on Jan 22nd 2013 .

I have a LC20 Driving offence and i recived the letter from the court to pay the fine and they have given 6 points on my driving license . This is bacuse i have driven my vechile without having the experinced 3 years old driver .

Is this is a criminal conviction ? or Not . Is it necessary to declare in the new application . Or is i need to do the CRB check ?, If i want to do whom
i should contact or which web site to deal with this .

Please mention what is on your counterpart driving license.
