Do we need to show 12 months payslip?

Post by inchinnanuk2009 » Mon Dec 17, 2012 10:00 am

Hi everyone

Good morning. Hope you are well.

I need to earn minimum(£26,000) to get enough points for the Tier 1 extension. In my current job I am earning 32,000 but I been working in this company for the last 11 months. So is it enough to show the last 11 months payslip or do I need to include the December 2011 payslip from my previous company?

Thanks in advance
Mikey

You don't need 12 months of pay (payslips), if you qualify with the required income with less than that. Note however that, the maximum number of months of pay that you are allowed to claim points for is 12 months within the 15 month period immediately prior to your application.
