Do we lose all allocations/certs if renew sponsor license

Do we lose all allocations which hasn't been assigned to employees or certificates which has been assigned but not used yet if we renew sponsor license?

Unrestricted CoS allocations are only for one year, from 6 April to 5 April the following year. Licence renewal will not affect this.
