I am planning to make an application for PBS Tier2 General for UK. I will be submitting the application in India as I am switching from Tier2 ICT Dependent to Tier2 General –main applicant.
Here is the list of documents that I am planning to submit.
a) Can you please confirm if this is sufficient or have I missed anything?
b) Also, do I need to submit my current employers payslips as well for claiming points for maintenance?
1) Signed copy of online visa application form (VAF9 Form)
2) 1 passport sized color photograph
3) 2 passports – current and previous (originals)
4) Current UK Biometric card (original)
5) Signed copy of Appendix 5 form
For claiming 50 points for attributes i.e. sponsorship(30 points) and salary(20 points), I will be submitting the following-
6) Certificate of Sponsorship (original)
7) Offer letter on company letterhead (original) ->states salary
For claiming 10 points for English language , I will be submitting the following-
IELTS certificate (original) ->7.5 score in General Training module
For claiming 10 points for Maintenance funds , my sponsor company is certifying maintenance.
9) CoS contains a ‘Y’ entry indicating sponsor certifies maintenance for migrant.
10) Offer letter from the sponsor company contains a line indicating ‘company will certify maintenance funds for you during the first month of employment.’
Additionally, I will be submitting the following documents-
11) Marriage certificate (original)
12) Council Tax bill -March 2012 (original)- this is the proposed UK address proof.
13) An affidavit prepared by my father as current address proof in India.
14) Degree Certificate (original)
15) TB Screening certificate
