New CAS for Tier 4 appeal

Post by jams2008r » Mon Dec 17, 2012 3:04 pm

Hello.
I am 4th year PhD student. I applied for visa extension but my application was refused as my CAS showed that I had tuition fees to pay and my sponsorship letter was expired. The fact is that I was unaware that my tuition fees was NOT paid by my scholarship sponsor at the time of application and there was a mistake in CAS letter provided by my university.

I Appealed against the refusal with a valid reason which is hopefully acceptable. My tuition fees payment was too delayed and my university canceled my sponsorship (previous CAS) without informing me and my tuition fee was paid the next day. I have enrolled again in my university. Now the problem is I will get new CAS with everything correct. I hope the reason for appeal will accepted as my sponsor did paid tuition fees. but what even if court orders to give me extension of visa but what will be the consequences of my old CAS in my visa application being canceled and I have a new CAS now.

Can someone who has information please let me know if my new CAS will be considered in the Appeal? or i will be asked that though your appeal reason is valid but now your old CAS is canceled so you need to go back to your country and apply fresh application. In that case I will never ever be able to comeback to finish my PHD as my scholarship duration has expired which was 3 years and I have NO personal funds to show for 9 months stay.

Please give some guidance.
Thanks,
Syed.
