work permission

. i am a student in uk studying in LSBF level 7. i came here in point based visa and visa is till 2015..but i didnot get work permission i fullfill all requirements. please suggest me something in this case. how should i get my work permission. i will be very thankful.

LSBF is not an HEI or a publicly funded FE college so if they are your sponsor then it is correct that you don't have permission to work.

Greenie is right. You should inquire about this before getting admission in LSBF.

You can't get work Permission with your current sponsor.

Your college is your Tier-4 visa sponsor and changing sponsor mean you need to cancel your existing visa and apply for NEW visa by making NEW visa application with NEW CAS from NEW sponsor.

Plus you need to fulfil all English, Academic Progression and Financial (bank statement) or established presence requirements, according to NEW updated Tier-4 laws.

Further, to get work permission on Tier-4 student visa, you need to get admission in a UK Govt. College (10 Hrs.) or UK Govt. Recognized University (20 Hrs.). Only CAS issued by UK Govt. College or UK Govt. Recognized University can get you work permission accordingly.

After all of above things, still there are chances that your new visa application may be refused by UKBA.
