Dependent Query

I'm presently residing in UK. My wife is on TIER-1 dependent visa since 06/06/2012 which will expires on 05/06/2014. She went to India on 02 Sep 2012.

She is currently in India. I'm going for my Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) next Monday 24th Dec 2012. Assuming I have been successful in getting ILR..

1) Is she allowed travel to UK with current TIER-1 dependent visa?
2) Presently dependents need to be with main applicant for two years, then they are eligible for ILR but in her case my wife`s first arrival to UK is on 20/11/2011.
3) Is she can write life in the UK test in India? If yes Where can appear for test?
4) If she need to apply for ILR dependent in India, should I need to show any bank balance? (I'm presently working full time with a permanent job)

Reply to above questions would be really helpful.

I have been to in person appointment and have asked exact same question then they have mentioned that she is allowed to travel to UK and work on present TIER-1 dependent visa.Please I need more clarification on this?
