Hi All,

Please give me right advice .

I am naturalised citizen now and my baby born outside uk during my ILR and they are in India and also i have elder daughter she is 5 years and was born in india but lived in uk for 3 years and 8 months on dependant visa.

1) What visa my children can apply now from india as they visa as dependant got expired ? can they be registered as british citizen in India?

2) If so what document required ?
