As regards the 10-year application, as made clear on the form SET(O), the application can be made up to 28 days before the 10th anniversary of arrival in the UK.

Given that you will be applying on or after 02.04.07 you are no doubt aware that you need to enclose a pass certificate from the Citizenship Test when you apply for your ILR.

You have posted these same questions in another thread. It will be wiser to continue the questions from there. John asked you a few questions to get his around your situation and you did not reply so how do you intend to get any response?

If you are in doubt please call the IND enquiry line concerning the days you would be short after visa expiry or extend your visa for that number of days and re-apply when your days are up to the 28 days before the application.
Avoid visa expiry before making any application since this would lead to your application refusal.
